Achhi Aadat: Promoting Healthy Habits For Children’s Wellbeing
The “Achhi Aadat” initiative is a social development program designed to promote good hygiene and healthy lifestyle habits among school children in India. Through interactive workshops, storytelling sessions, and participatory activities, the program encourages children to adopt positive practices related to cleanliness, nutrition, and physical activity, helping them build healthy habits from an early age.
Targeting children aged 6–12 years in government schools, the initiative engages teachers, parents, and local communities as key stakeholders to create a supportive environment for lasting behavioral change. By fostering awareness and responsibility, the program contributes to improved health outcomes and aligns with broader goals related to child welfare and community well-being.
